Day 1: Welcome to Georgia
Arrive at the Tbilisi international Airport Meet and Greet at the Airport, after that proceed to Hotel in Tbilisi. Overnight Stay in Tbilisi.
Day 2: Tbilisi City Tour along with Sighanghi
Today after breakfast get ready for a full day tour of Tbilisi City along with Sighanghi - Tbilisi city tours explore the Georgian capital's historic sites, including churches, fortresses, and parks. Some tours also include wine tastings, cable car rides, and visits to museums. Signhnagi - Kakheti is Georgia’s main wine-producing region in the country’s east. Wine grapes have been cultivated in these lands for 8,000 years, which, archaeologists say, makes Kakheti the cradle of wine. Each village in Kakheti’s fertile valleys makes its unique wine. This living heritage is perpetuated in songs and poems, arts and crafts. The walled town of Sighnaghi, restored to its 18th century beauty, is known as a ‘City of Love’ and a city of craftsmen. Visit to Bodbe Monastery - is an orthodox monastic complex and the seat of the Bishops of Bodbe located 2 km from the town of Sighnaghi. Originally built in the 9th century, it has been significantly remodeled, especially in the 17th century. The monastery now functions as a nunnery and is one of the major pilgrimage sites in Georgia, due to its association with Nino, the 4th-century female evangelist of Georgians. Day 3 : Tbilisi – Kutaisi enroute visit Mtskheta and Uplistsikhe
In the morning have your breakfast and check out from hotel in Tbilisi, after that proceed for Kutaisi, Enroute we’ll cover many sightseeing places like:- Mtskheta is famous for its medieval churches, which are protected by UNESCO. It was the first capital of Georgia and the site where Christianity was adopted as the official religion of the country. Uplistsikhe is famous for its ancient cave city, which is one of the oldest urban settlements in the country. The city is known for its intricate network of caves, tunnels, and rock-cut structures.
Kutaisi Central Market (Green Bazaar) - Kutaisi is home to one of the largest indoor markets in Georgia. The lively market consists of everything from cheeses, nuts, fruit and vegetables to meat, beans, wine and churchkhela. Churchkhela is a traditional Georgian sweet that consists of strings of walnuts coated in grape-juice. But, the locals call it a Snickers, however, it’s not like the
Snickers we know.
Bagrati cathedral - The 11th century Bagrati Cathedral was built in 1003 by Bagrat III. However in 1692 a Turkish explosion brought down most of the cathedral leaving it as ruins. But, between 2009 and 2012 it was fully renovated by mixing the old stone with new and adding in some steel sections. Overnight stay in Kutaisi
Day 4 : Kutaisi – Batumi
After Breakfast at the hotel check out from hotel in Kutaisi after that proceed for Batumi Enroute we’ll cover many sightseeing places like: Colchis Fountain The Colchis Fountain in Kutaisi, Georgia is famous for its large-scale replicas of gold jewelry and other artifacts found in the region. The fountain is a monument that honors the ancient kingdom of Colchis, the former name of eastern Georgia
Petra Fortress Petra controlled the eastern part of the Black Sea and the fleet of the Byzantine Empire. Important roads connected Georgia with the provinces of Byzantium, Iran and other parts of Georgia. The importance of Petra for Georgia is further underlined by the existence of the Episcopal Church in the complex. Gelati monastery, Bagrati Cathedral. Proceed to Batumi, on the road, visit Prometheus cave. On arrival to Batumi enjoy Batumi city tour, free time at piazza, Ali Nino moving sculptures, shopping at the mall. Overnight in Batumi.
Day 5 : Batumi – Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for a full day tour of Batumi and start your day with a visit to the Batumi Dolphinarium, where you can watch dolphins and seals perform tricks and stunts. Next, head to the Batumi Zoo, which is home to over 200 species of animals from around the world. The zoo is located in a lush green forest, so it's a great opportunity to enjoy nature while seeing some amazing animals.In the afternoon, visit the Gonio Fortress, which dates back to the Roman Empire. The fortress is located on a hill overlooking the Black Sea and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.Finally, end your day with a visit to the Miracle Park, which features a Ferris wheel, a roller coaster, and other fun rides for the whole family after that back to hotel. Day 6 : Batumi – Tbilisi - Sighnaghi Bodbe And Wine Degustation
In the morning have your breakfast check out the hotel proceed for Tbilis Sighnaghi Bodbe and Wine Degustation. Sighnaghi city of love (1.5h drive). Sighnaghi located on a steep hill, overlooks the vast Alazani Valley, with the Caucasus Mountains visible at a distance. Word Sighnaghi in Turkish language means shelter or trench. Signagi as a settlement is first recorded in the early 18th century. In 1762, King Heraclius II of Georgia erected a fortress to defend the area from marauding attacks by Dagestan tribesmen. Signagi is known as the "City of Love" as couples can get married here 24/7. Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino is a Georgian Orthodox monastic complex and the seat of the Bishops of Bodbe. The monastery now functions as a nunnery due to its association with St. Nino, the 4th century female evangelist of Georgians. The extant church – a three-nave basilica was originally built between the 9th and 11th centuries. Both exterior and interior were restored in the 17th and 19th centuries. On the way back to Tbilisi we visit one of the famous wineries to have a wine degustation. (Georgia is a cradle of Wine so while visiting Georgia, you must get a taste of local very special made wine which is Kvevri Wine.) Back to the hotel overnight stay in Tbilisi .
Day 7: Departure
Today after breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for your return journey.
