Embark on an enchanting four-day journey through Kerala's picturesque landscapes, beginning in the vibrant city of Cochin. Traverse to Munnar, a serene hill station nestled at 1600 meters above sea level, where you'll explore lush tea gardens, cascading waterfalls, and spot the rare Nilgiri Tahr at Eravikulam National Park. Continue to Alleppey, popular for its tranquil backwaters and houseboat cruises, offering a glimpse into Kerala's rustic charm. Visit the Mulakkal Sree Rajeshwari Amman Temple and relax by the serene beach.
Day 1: Arrival | Cochin – Munnar (4 hrs drive)
Upon landing at Cochin airport or ernakulam railway station, you will meet our representative. Hop on a picturesque drive to Munnar, approximately four hours away. En route, take in the breathtaking sights of Valara and Cheeyapara waterfalls, along with other scenic spots. Once you reach Munnar, check into your hotel and unwind. Enjoy a restful overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2: Exploring Munnar
After a hearty breakfast, prepare for an exhilarating day of sightseeing in Munnar. Nestled at the confluence of three mountain streams—Kundale, Nallathanni, and Mudrapuzha—this charming hill station sits 1600 meters above sea level. Once a summer retreat for the British in South India, Munnar offers a rich blend of history and nature. Visit the Tata Tea Museum (closed on Mondays), Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Photo Point. In the afternoon, venture to Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park), home to the rare Nilgiri Tahr mountain goat. Conclude your day with a cozy overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar – Alleppey (6 hrs drive)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and set off for Alleppey, a scenic six-hour drive away. Known for its serene houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, Alleppey is a haven of tranquillity. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Later, explore the Mulakkal Sree Rajeshwari Amman Temple, Lighthouse, and Beach. Spend a peaceful night at your hotel in Alleppey.
Day 4: Alleppey – Cochin | Departure
Following a delightful breakfast, check out from your hotel and set off for Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station for your return journey.
