Day 1: Jammu Arrival- Katra (50 Kms /approx. 02 Hrs)

Upon arrival at Jammu airport, you will be welcomed by one of our representatives and then transferred to your hotel in Katra which is a beautiful town set in the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains. The rest of the day will be at your leisure, so you can explore the town and soak up its cultural atmosphere. Overnight stay at Katra.

Day 2: Katra          

After taking breakfast, you’ll undertake a trek of 12km from Katra to reach the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine which is one of India’s holiest pilgrimages. This shrine is visited by millions of devotees from all over India every year. After darshan, return back to Katra. Overnight stay at Katra.

Day 3: Katra – Shivkhori Temple or Patnitop - Katra

Shivkhori Temple

Take breakfast at the hotel and head to the Shivkhori Temple which is devoted to Lord Shiva, one of the prominent Hindu gods. This temple features various pictures of Hindu deities and a magnificent 4ft svayambhu lingam. In the evening, you’ll return to Katra and relax at your hotel as the remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Katra.

Patnitop

After Breakfast, proceed to Patnitop from Katra. Patnitop is a hill top tourist location in Udhampur district on the National Highway 1A, on the way from Udhampur to Srinagar. Patnitop is a distortion of the original name of "Patan Da Talab" meaning "Pond of the Princess". In olden times a pond existed in the meadows and the king’s princess often used to have her bath there. Proceed for local sightseeing which includes Nag Temple and excursion to Nathatop and Sanasar, Overnight stay at hotel in Patnitop.

Day 4: Katra – Jammu (50 Kms /approx. 02 Hrs)

After breakfast, you’ll check out from your hotel and our representative will transfer you to Jammu airport where you will catch your flight back home.
